In 1983 Vincent Frattura founded Hoff’s Bakery and set out to differentiate Hoff’s by developing high-quality desserts that not only tasted great, but also had strong eye appeal and were user friendly.
Hoff’s quickly developed a name for itself with the foodservice and retail trades. Over the years, Hoff’s grew from supplying customers in New England to supplying customers across the country. The tenants that helped Hoff’s grow – quality product, superior customer service, and consistency – are what gained traction for our products at supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and more.
