Pepperoni Pizza Burger

  • Once browned, add cheese slices – provolone or mozzarella works best
  • When cheese starts to melt, add pepperoni slices
  • Spread tomato sauce onto both pieces of the bun
  • Pile it up!

Breakfast Burger

Breakfast for dinner is always a good idea. All you really need to make a traditional burger into a breakfast burger is one egg over easy, a few slices of bacon, your favorite cheese (cheddar is the best choice) on top of your patty.

This combines a Mexican tradition with an American staple.

  • Season your patty with cumin, chipotle powder, salt, garlic, and cilantro for some heat
  • Pile up cheese, tomato, avocado, corn, and jalapenos for flavor
  • Wrap it all up in a tortilla and make the outsides crispy
  • Create your own signature sauce, or just go with traditional sour cream!
